Launched her show career winning the Minor in Show award (Pembrokes and Cardigans) at the Welsh Corgi Club of Western Australia Specialty Show, 2003 followed by three successive Minor in Group awards and Minor in Show awards at all-breeds championship shows.

In 2003 at the age of 9 months, “Halle” flew east to attend the MELBOURNE ROYAL SHOW, winning Cardigan Bitch Challenge and BOB from the Minor Puppy Class but unfortunately had to return home prior to group specials.

PERTH ROYAL SHOW 2003 a few days later, saw Halle go Cardigan BCC and BOB; Puppy of Group and ultimately, went one better than her dam “Minty” winning the much coveted all-breeds

2004 - At the Western Classic weekend in early 2004 Halle won CC bitch and
Junior in Group first day and ResCC to her half sister Claire the second.
 

Now proudly titled Aust Ch  Cardigems Toffee Tri, Halle again set off interstate to attend the AUSTRALIAN WELSH CORGI NATIONAL SPECIALTY SHOW in Adelaide, South Australia.

Although still a Junior at age 17 months, she went on to win the Australian Bred Bitch Class and Reserve Bitch Challenge to her younger half-sister “Claire”.  Then Australian Bred of Breed, plus in Specials (Pembrokes and Cardigans) the following day, Halle competed for and was awarded the title of *AUSTRALIAN BRED IN SHOW*

Other Highlights...

2004 - ResCC/Runner Up BOB Perth Royal Show.

2005 - Halle made a rare appearance but was CC/BOB both days of the Western Classic and CC/BOB at the Perth Royal Show.

2006 - CC/Runner Up BOB Day 1 Western Classic.

CC/BOB on Day 2 of the Western Classic. Breed, Mr M.McMillan (Canada) Then BEST EXHIBIT IN GROUP - Group Specials Mr. G. Jeavons (Canada). Needless to say we were very proud as Halle has the honour of being the first Cardigan Welsh Corgi ever to win this most coveted award at the Western Classic.

Time out for a litter, then barely scraping back in coat, off to the 2006 Australian Welsh Corgi National Specialty, Melbourne. Winner of Cardigan Welsh Corgi Open Bitch class and Reserve Challenge bitch. Mr L Adams (USA).

Despite such limited showing, Halle proudly saw 2006 out as Australia's top Cardigan Bitch in the OzDog Pointscore 2006 and second place overall. Halle loves getting her party dress on and doing her "job" representing her breed in the showring and we look forward to some more fun prior to her next litter in mid-2007.
